Fazal Rehman Foundation Hospital
Fazal Rehman Foundation was established in 1965 to work in the health sector. Our major project Mian Fazal Rehman hospital started as a 20 bed General hospital, primarily to serve the less fortunate in 1985.
Since then the hospital has grown to 55 beds. The hospital is situated at mumtazabad, Multan and is of vey high utility value not only for the local population but also for the adjacent villages of Multan.

Openning of Utility Store at Colony of Hussain Mills Ltd.
For the welfare of employees, one Utility Store has been established in the colony of Hussain Mills Limited Unit # 1 with the cooperation of Utility Stores Corporation (USC) of Pakistan. The opening ceremony of Utility Store was held on December 22, 2006 in which Mian Hussain Ahmed Fazal, Director Hussain Group, was the chief guest.

Hussain Mills Ltd. has been awarded the Uster Certificate and the right to use Usterized trademark by Uster Technologies A. G, Switzerland. The Uster Certificate was handed over to Mian Sheikh Umer Farooq, Director, Hussain Mills Ltd. by Mr. Richard Furter, Executive Vice President, Uster Technologies A. G. Switzerland. Now Hussain Mills Ltd. is the 5th Textile Mill in Pakistan which has the right to use Usterised trademark.

High School has established
For the welfare of employees, High School has been established in the colony of Hussain Mills Limited Unit # 1.There are high qualified teachers for teaching the students. The opening ceremony of school was held on 2006 in which Mian Hussain Ahmed Fazal, Director Hussain Group, was the chief guest.The 9th class started on June 01, 2007.

Cricket match played at HML Unit # 1
In the context of extra curriculum activities of Hussain Group employees, a cricket match was played at the Play Ground of HML Unit # 1,on Wednesday June 25, 2009. The match was between the team of "PREMIER INSURANCE" and "HUSSAIN MILLS LIMITED". The keen participation of Hussain Group employees developed a pleasant environment to play cricket.
